If your profile closely matches the employer’s requirements for a job you've applied for, you may receive an email inviting you to complete a short video screening.
This email will be sent 24 hours after you apply for the job and will include a link to a page where you can record and submit your video answers to a few questions from the employer.
If you wish to respond to the request using the website, you need to log in to click the link you received on the email or go to that specific job application on your account 'Submit response’ button by clicking on your 'Profile’
For applicants who wish to respond to additional information requests from prospective employers using the app, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the app
If you're using Google Chrome, please enable permissions for your camera and microphone in your browser settings to proceed and make sure that they are set to ‘Always allow’ for both settings. Submitting your response
You can find the green 'Submit response’ button by following these steps:
Click on your Profile at the top of the page.
Go to the ‘Applied jobs’ tab.
Look for the job you applied for — the green ‘Submit response’ button will appear next to it if a video screening has been requested.
