If the Jora app is crashing or running slowly, try these steps to fix the issue:
- Restart the App
Close the app completely and reopen it. This can help resolve temporary glitches.
- Check for App updates
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and make sure you're using the latest version of the Jora app. Updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements.
- Restart your device
Sometimes, simply restarting your phone can resolve app-related issues.
- Clear App Cache (Android only)
If you're using an Android device:
Go to Settings > Apps > Jora
Tap Storage
Select Clear Cache
Note: iOS does not offer a manual cache clear option.
- Reinstall the App
Uninstall the app and then reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play. This can fix corrupted files or installation issues.
- Check your Internet connection
A weak or unstable connection can cause the app to freeze or crash. Try switching to Wi-Fi or checking your mobile data.
