Jora has switched to a password-less sign-in experience that’s both easier and more secure
- Click “Sign In” on the Jora website or app
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a 6-digit code
- Enter this code on Jora to sign in
Not seeing the email in your inbox?
- Search your spam or junk mail - Sometimes our verification emails end up there by mistake.
- Check different inbox folders - If you use Gmail, peek inside your “Promotions” or “Social” tabs.
- Whitelist our sender address - Adding us to your contacts ensures smoother delivery and keeps our emails out of spam.
- Storage at capacity? - Clear out old messages if your mailbox is full.
- Verify the email you entered - A single character off will send the code to the wrong place.
- Give it a moment - Email delivery can occasionally take up to a couple of minutes.
Code still hasn’t arrived?
- Don’t request repeatedly - Requesting a fresh code invalidates any previous ones and you can request up to 5 codes per day. If you've exceed the 5 code limit, please wait until the follow day.
- Using a corporate email? - Your organization’s security filters might be blocking us. Consider trying a personal email or reaching out to your IT team.
- Missed the window? - Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Just request a fresh one.
