Jora is a free job search engine that helps job seekers find opportunities by combining self-posted ads with aggregated listings from across the web.
How your job ad appears on Jora
Your job ad may be on Jora through two ways:
- Automatic aggregation - We collect ads from partner job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and company career pages to give your positions wider visibility. You don’t need a Jora account for us to aggregate your job, and it won’t appear on your Jora account if you do have one.
- Company authorisation - A representative from your company directly posted a job on Jora or gave us permission to post your ads. These jobs will appear in your Jora account.
How it works
When candidates find your job on Jora, we typically redirect them to apply through your original posting. You can track Jora's effectiveness through your existing ATS or web analytics.
