Thank you for partnering with Jora. To ensure your jobs are listed on our site and deliver the
best possible experience for job seekers, please follow the guidelines below.
Seamless Candidate Experience
• Redirects: A maximum of two invisible redirects are permitted. Candidates should not be required to take any action during these hops.
• Direct job landing: When a candidate leaves Jora, they must land directly on the job description page — no intermediate pages.
• Simple application journey: Candidates should be able to successfully apply within no more than four clicks from the job description page.
• No paywalls: Applying for a job must always be free. Paywalls at any stage of the application process are not permitted.
Feed Quality & Integrity
• Job volume: Jora reserves the right to limit the number of jobs in a feed to prevent duplication, over-representation, or other adverse impacts to the job seeker experience.
• Current listings only: Your feed must only contain active, valid job listings. Any expired roles should be removed from the feed promptly upon expiry.
• Genuine opportunities: All job postings must represent real, open positions. Listings created primarily to collect candidate data are not accepted.
Job Listing Standards
• Rich, quality descriptions: Each job must include a clear, complete, and well- formatted description that accurately reflects the role. Descriptions must be easy to read, free from visible HTML tags, and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or spammy content.
• Dates: Each listing should include the date it was posted, and an expiry date wherever possible.
• Company name: The hiring company's name must be included on every listing.
• Precise location: Job locations must be as specific as possible, including at minimum a city or suburb.
• Direct apply URL: The application URL must link directly to the job description page — not to a search results page or general job listings page.
• Clear job titles: Job titles should reflect the role only. Additional details such as salary, location, or contract type should be included within the job description, not the title.
