Paid ads gets you in front of more applicants compared to a free ad. Paid ads have a longer ad duration and priority placements so it's seen by more jobseekers. We also send invites to top candidates from our talent pool to apply to your ad, so you get more quality applicants.
There are two paid ad options, Plus and Max, each offering tools to get more quality applicants.
With Plus ads, you get up to 3x more views and we send out 200 invites to top candidates. For Max ads you get up to 6x more views and 400 candidate invites!
To upgrade to an existing ad go to the ‘My jobs’ section of your dashboard and select ‘Enhance ad’.
