Purchasing Coins is straightforward and secure. You can purchase coins to upgrade job ads on the ‘My Coins’ page. Once Coins have been purchased, there will be no refund provided.
How do I check my Coins balance?
Keeping track of your Coins balance is easy. Log in to your account on our platform and navigate to the ‘My Coins’ page, where you’ll find all the details related to your Coins balance. This includes the current balance, transaction history, and Coin expiry.
Do Coins expire?
All Coins have an expiry period based on the package purchased. We strongly encourage you to regularly log in and view your ‘My Coins’ page to keep track of your Coins activity and expiry dates. You will also receive communications notifying you of upcoming Coins expiring.
