If you want to increase your ad's visibility and get access to more features, you can upgrade your ad when you're creating a new ad by selecting Plus or Max. Or you can upgrade once your ad is live by logging in to your account, go to 'My jobs', and select 'Enhance ad' on the job you want to upgrade.
