Here are the five main reasons why you may not find your free job ad on Jora.
Account verification needed
Check if you've verified your email account. You'll receive a verification email with a time-sensitive code to complete setup. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or click 'resend email' on the verification page.
Quality review in progress
Your ad may still be under quality review, which takes up to 1-2 business days for new accounts or up to 3 hours for verified accounts. Any changes you make will trigger another review, adding up to 4 hours before going live.
Ad has expired
All self-posted ads have a specified duration and expire automatically when this period ends.
Ad rejected during quality review
Your ad may not have passed our quality standards. We typically reject ads that are business opportunities rather than genuine paid employment, agency ads collecting worker details without real jobs, or any ads requiring payment from jobseekers. Sales or marketing jobs must clearly state what product or service is being sold.
Location mismatch
If you have multiple locations, you need separate business registrations for each location and must associate your ad with the correct business. One business cannot have multiple locations in our system.
