Upgrade options and benefits
There are two upgraded options – Plus and Max, and you’ll get:
• More views than Basic ads
• Top candidates being first to know about your job by being notified
• An ‘Immediate start’ label on your job ad
• More features to help with your hiring needs such as video questions and candidates targeting
Important note
While we work to ensure upgraded ads receive greater exposure than Basic listings, we cannot guarantee increased applications. Application rates depend on many factors beyond our control, including job market conditions and role attractiveness.
