Why is Jora shutting down for employers?
This decision doesn't come easy. Jora is transitioning to a fully aggregated job site, focused on surfacing jobs from across the web rather than hosting direct employer job postings. We're grateful for the support of our employer community and for all the feedback that helped us improve along the way.
Job Postings
Can I still post a new job on Jora?
New job postings will no longer be accepted from 20th July 2026. We encourage you to post any new roles before this date if you'd like them to appear on Jora.
What happens to my existing job ads?
All existing job ads will run for their full duration. Your active listings will remain visible to job seekers until they naturally expire.
Will job seekers still be able to find and apply for my jobs?
Yes, your existing ads will remain live and visible to job seekers until they expire.
Applications & Resumes
What happens to my applications and candidate resumes?
Your applications and candidate information will remain accessible until the shutdown date. We strongly recommend downloading all resumes and any candidate details you need for your hiring process before 17th August 2026.
How do I download my resumes?
You can download resumes directly from your Candidate Management dashboard. Log in to your Jora Employer account, navigate to your applications, and download any resumes you wish to keep.
Coins & Refunds
I have unused Coins in my account — what happens to them?
If you have purchased Coins, you are welcome to use them before the shutdown date of 17th August 2026. Any unused Coins remaining at the time of shutdown will be eligible for a refund.
How will I be contacted about my Coin refund?
Hirers with unused Coins, after the closure date, will be contacted separately by our team to arrange refunds. Please look out for communication from us.
Will I be refunded for Coins I've already spent on active job ads?
No. Coins already used to upgrade your job ads will not be refunded, as those ads will continue to run for their full duration.
